On-site service is available during normal business hours to customers located in the Scottsdale/Fountain Hills/East Valley areas. For customers located outside of these areas, or when on-site service is otherwise not available, Black Diamond IT Services offers remote service. Additionally, Black Diamond IT Services will beat the advertised price of any local, main-stream competitor.

Black Diamond IT Services does not maintain a retail presence. All work is either performed on-site at the customer's location, or remotely. If circumstances require work to be done away from the customer's location, arrangements will be made for a technician to pick up the equipment.
