Black Diamond IT Services - On-site Service

Black Diamond IT Services is a provider of varied IT services for small businesses and home users. Services range from PC hardware upgrades and repair to general software troubleshooting, software training, and consulting. With a strong focus on home users and small businesses, there is no job too small nor too complicated for Black Diamond IT Services. Based in North Scottsdale, Arizona, Black Diamond IT Services offers on-site service to most of the East Valley. Remote service is also available to customers world-wide.

On-site service is currently available throughout most of the valley including Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Mesa, and Phoenix.

New computer setup
General software troubleshooting
Virus/Malware removal
Software usage tutoring
Web-site design and maintenance
Wired network installation and setup
Wireless network setup
Hardware upgrades
Purchase consulting
Security evaluation and recommendations
Computer “tune-up”
Server configuration
NAS and remote backup configuration
Physical security and property control
Cable management

All on-site services are billed at $50/hr (minimum $50 charge) with a $5.00 per visit fee. This is in addition to any necessary parts or hardware which will be billed at their retail value. Payment is expected within ten days of service. Currently, Black Diamond IT Services only accepts payment via cash, check, or PayPal.

On-site service is available 7 days a week, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. After hours service is available for an additional charge. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
